CTG’s selection process consists of two rounds of several interviews. The first is a résumé interview along with two classical case studies. After the first round, you will receive detailed feedback.
After successful completion of the first round, the second round consists of interviews with CTG partners.
If successful in both rounds, you will receive our offer.
