We would like to gain a comprehensive impression of your abilities, qualifications and personality through the application process to determine whether CTG and you are a good match.
Initially, we will introduce you to CTG and answer your questions. This will give you a clear sense of our culture, our team spirit and the potential for development at CTG.
After that, CTG’s selection process consists of two rounds of interviews. The first consists of a résumé interview as well as two classic case studies, which you will solve together with our consultants.
Afterwards, you will receive detailed feedback. If you have convinced us thus far, we will follow up with the second round of interviews with CTG partners.
If you impress us in both rounds of interviews, you will receive our offer.
