As an Associate: To join CTG as an Associate, you must have completed a university degree equivalent to a master’s degree with an above-average grade. Ideally you have also completed a doctorate or already gained some professional experience either in Germany or abroad. In addition, you should possess the strong ability to think analytically and conceptually as well as well-developed soft skills. e
As Manager: To join CTG as a Manager, you must already have several years of professional experience in consulting or in a corporate leadership position so that you can take charge of smaller client projects quickly.
