As an Associate: To join CTG as an Associate, you must have completed your diploma or master’s degree in the top ten percent of your class. Ideally you would also have completed a doctorate or already gained professional experience. In addition, you should possess well-developed skills for analytical and conceptual thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
As a Manager: To join CTG as a Manager, you must already have several years of professional experience in consulting or in an industry leadership position so you can take responsibility for smaller client projects within a short time.
