Our employees are our most valuable resources, therefore we guide our consultants in their development through a mentor system and a structured training programme.
Mentoring system
As mentors, CTG partners actively coach and encourage the development of their mentees. In the framework of the mentoring programme, consultants receive a detailed performance evaluation semiannually, which is then used to determine their development objectives and the measures necessary to achieve them.
Training programme
We pursue a differentiated training concept for the personal development of our consultants. Through a training programme that is targeted at individual needs and includes both internal and external training, our consultants have the opportunity to develop their skills with regard to their specific requirements and goals.
Further academic education
We will support our consultants, given adequate performance, in actively pursuing further academic aspirations. This includes doctorates and MBAs.
