Our employees are our most valuable resource, therefore we guide our consultants in their development through a mentor system and a structured training programme.
Mentoring system
When they join CTG, consultants are assigned mentors from amongst the partners. As mentors, the CTG partners actively coach their mentees and support their development. Within the mentoring programme, consultants regularly receive a detailed performance evaluation, which is used to determine their individual goals and development objectives.
Training programme
We pursue a differentiated training concept for personnel development. Through a target group specific training programme, which consists of both internal and external training, our consultants are given the opportunity to develop, taking into account their specific demands and goals.
Further academic education
Given adequate performance, we will support our consultants in actively pursuing further academic aspirations. This includes doctorates and MBAs.
