After completing his studies in industrial engineering at TU Berlin, Franc gained M&A experience as well as restructuring expertise in the mechanical engineering industry. Subsequently he was a leading member of the utility core team at A.T. Kearney for several years. His specialties are strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and organisation and process optimisation with a focus on the utility sector. Franc’s free time is devoted mostly to his family, as well as his interests in biking, architecture and historical automobiles.
